After completing and removing 100% of the covering scaffolding, LUMIÈRE riverside is decorating the look with aluminium frames and planting boxes along the 02 towers & LUMIÈRE Shops at the podium, ready for the green space to form in the near future.
At the same time, both buildings completed 100% of the internal architecture work and immediately deployed marble installation and tiling operations on the high floors. The first images of the completed hallway and elevator lobby have revealed the new luxury living standard of Thao Dien's "diamond" residential building.
The project's amenity and landscape work is moving quickly. The construction team is taking care of the installation of the planer’s box, tree planting, paving the walkways, and internal roads, transporting & installing the miniature stones, and decorating the green system according to the design.
With close monitoring by Masterise Homes and our main contractors, LUMIÈRE riverside construction progress is on schedule, ensuring that the handover to customers with the highest quality. The apartment's living space is complete: the kitchen with marble countertop and marble backsplash, enhancing the luxurious sense; high-calibre marble tiles and sumptuous stonework for flooring; the living room with wooden floors, the walls and ceilings are painted in two layers for a classic living experience.
