Let’s update the construction progress of LUMIÈRE riverside in May 2021.
With the close monitoring by our Project Management team our main contractors, Newtecons, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.
Specifically, for the tower West, casting of the ground floor slabs are well on its way, for tower East all mass piling and diaphragm wall are completed, excavation and construction of ground slab will take place in May 2021.
We will complete the ground floor slab for both West and East towers by end of May 2021, this will be the first construction milestone of the project.
