Let’s update the construction progress of LUMIÈRE riverside in July 2021.
During this period of reporting, HCMC is still facing a new wave of Covid outbreak, which to a certain extent had affected the number of work forces on site, however, with the close monitoring by our Project Management team our main contractors, Newtecons, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.
With the completion of the Ground floor slab in May, works continue at Basement 1 level for both Lumiere East & Lumiere West. During this period the contractor has carried out huge volume of excavation works and construction on Basement Level 1 slab is well on its way with target completion maintained in the early part of July 2021.
