Let’s update the construction progress of LUMIÈRE riverside in April 2021.
With the close monitoring by our Project Management team our main contractors, Newtecons, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.
Specifically, for the tower West, the mass piling was totally completed. For the tower East, both the mass piling and diaphragm wall are nearly complete.
We will complete the ground floor slab by end of May 2021, this will be the first construction milestone of the project.
