- Superstructure works is in progress: concrete cast for level 33 slab completed, rebar & formwork on going for level 34 at East tower; ongoing up to level 40 and level 41 for the West tower respectively.
- Architectural works including masonry, internal plastering, water proofing & screed works is ongoing up to level 29 at East tower and level 36 at West tower.
- MEP 1st & 2nd fix installations for all systems is progressing up to level 28 for East tower and level 34 for the West tower.
- Façade works: external plastering is ongoing up to level 22, aluminum frames & glass installation is ongoing up to level 23 for East tower; ongoing up to level 29 and level 26 for the West tower respectively; installation of aluminum frames is ongoing for all the building elevations of LUMIÈRE Shops.
- ID Fitout Works: suspended ceiling framing installations and 1st coat of paint application started at both towers in low levels.
