1. The MEP Manager is in charge of all MEPF works and building services aspects on the project. He sets up a quality control process with the Contractor and his sub-contractors, with proper workflow and work inspection request to ensure that works are properly checked on time. 2. He assists the Project Manager and the Construction Manager during the construction phases.
1. Establishing and leading MEPF team for each project. 2. Responsible for MEPF services delivery in accordance with project quality requirements and timeline. 3. Assisting project team during execution phases pertaining MEPF construction works.
Survey and manage the quantity with monitoring of project progress and quality to ensure the executed quantity survey is correctly proceeded under technical design and cost estimate of each work item and the overall project.
