(Senior) Manager - Digital & Media

Masterise Group is seeking a (Senior) Manager - Digital & Media to join our Marketing team. Our ideal candidate is a digital specialist with proven experience in the development of integrated media campaigns. In addition to being an outstanding strategist, the candidate should be a team player, and demonstrate excellent ability to manage campaigns and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Media:
Develop, implement and manage the digital marketing and/ or media strategy at corporate and project
level to ensure top of mind consideration for the Masterise Homes brand and portfolio of products and
Build up the digital marketing governance and guidelines for projects across all segments; Collaborate
with Project Marketing teams and other stakeholders in the application of digital marketing best
Measure, analyze and optimize performance across customer touchpoints and campaigns against predetermined business goals (ROI and KPIs)
Improve our market reach and lead generation tactics through performance and digital growth
acquisition strategies
Identify emerging trends and insights. Provide thought leadership and perspective to boost digital
adoption and maturity across the organization
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

People management:
Support the Digital & Media Director in leading and mentoring a growing team of digital strategists and
Collaborate with Project Marketing teams in the development of digital marketing and/ or media
strategy across segments to achieve company’s objectives, including but not limited to project success
and cost management
Work across other departments and stakeholders including but not limited to Data, IT and Sales to drive
key digital marketing transformation
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners


At least 6 years’ experience in Digital Marketing & Media Management in either an in-house or digitalagency role. Minimum 3 years of demonstrable supervisory experiences required
Demonstrable working knowledge of digital media channels and tactics, including but not limited to SEM, Display, YouTube, Facebook Ads and email marketing
Excellent planning, analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail in digital asset production, campaign optimization and reporting
Comfortable analyzing data sets and put forth recommendations to senior stakeholders. Working knowledge of analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics a definite plus
Passionate about all things digital and keeps abreast of evolving digital trends
