- Be responsible for controlling the Company’s activities for compliance and accordance with the internal regulations and Vietnamese laws;
- Be responsible for presiding over and coordination with the Functional Departments to monitor, speed up and inspect the law implementation;
- Be responsible for controlling work to ensure that the Functional Departments, branches and subsidiaries comply with the issued internal regulations and rules and the current legal provisions related to legal respect for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company’s implementation/activities/operation;
- Be responsible for the compliance of the issued internal documents of the Company with the authority and the form and format of the Company's regulations;
- Be responsible for presiding over and controlling the operation activities of the Functional Departments to ensure that the company meets the committed obligations, regulations in the signed contract and the mechanism to control the performance of customer's obligations;
- Be responsible for periodic review of issued internal regulations to ensure compliance with the business plan and the provisions of law;
- Be responsible for summarization and assessment of problems arising from the process of implementation of the company's rules and regulations to propose amendments, supplements or proposed measures to prevent legal risks.
- Be responsible for proposal for developing and adjusting the internal management regulations of the Company to ensure the compliance with the laws.
- Be responsible for offering a suggestion on legal document drafts of the competent authorities related to the Company's business investment activities and proposal to the competent authorities for issuance or amendment, supplementation of legal documents related to the business activities of the company.
- Be responsible and/ or coordinate with the Company's employees/the Functional Departments to disseminate/propagate laws, update legal changes, update the Company's rules, charters and regulations for all employees of the Company and summarizing and assessing the status of legal knowledge, compliance with internal rules and regulations of the Company, the observance of law by personnel in the Company;
- Be responsible for completion of financial KPIs, non financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs from time to time.
- Be responsible for implementation and completion of other tasks as assigned;
- At least 5 years of working experience.
- Experience working in real estate developer at least 2 years is a plus.
- Research skills, skills to study law, law analytical and legal writing skills.
